Annie has worked in a primary school supporting children with higher needs for the past 18 years. In particular she has worked with children who have been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and has extensive experience in these areas. She is a mother to three beautiful grown children and two grandsons whom she adores.
Annie’s mission is to empower children to be able to be the best that they can be. To feel strong in who they are, to have tools to help them to manage the ups and downs of life so that they know they can have a healthy balance.
Annie is very excited to be a Certified Childosophy Practitioner and to be able to support children in this modality and has experienced first-hand how powerful this can be for both children and adults. Maxine quotes that “children’s behaviours are not problems as such, but a signal about what they need”. Childosophy can help children to meet this unmet need.
Annie has a Diploma of Disability, Certificate IV in Fitness, FlowChild Yoga Teacher, and has also completed her Advanced Children’s Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy and Yoga Therapy Special Needs for children.
Annie is able to offer Childosophy to children in conjunction with FlowChild Yoga and is available for private consultations which combine both.
